• Prep & Presentation: For sellers, I’ll help you get your home prepped for top dollar with staging help, photography, and small updates that make a big impact. For buyers, I’ll support you in making that all-important must-haves list so I can show you the perfect homes for your needs.

• Paperwork & Negotiations: Every client’s favorite part of real estate! Just kidding, this is where my clients often lean on me the most. Every contract has dozens of details that need to be handled carefully. From inspection responses to timelines, I make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that you’re protected in the best deal possible.

• Problem-Solving: With real estate, a smart move is to predict the unpredictable because something will always come up from appraisal issues, inspection surprises, or tricky buyer or seller demands. As your agent, I’ll proactively solve problems and smooth out any issues so you can stay focused on the big picture.
